Yacht fiscal representation & charter support in Seychelles

Your charter programme, connected ashore.

Discuss your Seychelles charter programme

For yacht owners, captains, managers, central agencies and charter brokers.

A Seychelles charter brings commercial plans, local requirements and practical preparation together.

Uncharted Yachting coordinates fiscal and customs representation with appointed specialists, alongside the agency support your captain, manager and broker need locally.

Start with the yacht and the programme you have in mind. We will help define the support, responsibilities and preparations relevant to your visit.

Planning the programme

The right structure for the intended operation

The yacht’s ownership, flag, intended use and time in Seychelles shape the preparation. We bring those details into discussion early, coordinating the review of maritime permissions, customs treatment and tax responsibilities with the relevant parties.

Foreign-owned yachts may qualify for the Seychelles Temporary Cruise Permit route. The yacht’s eligibility and the conditions of its operation must be assessed alongside its customs and fiscal position.

Fiscal coordination

Fiscal representation, with clear responsibilities

A well-organised charter programme needs clarity about the contracting business, tax registration, invoicing and reporting. We coordinate the supporting information and specialist review, with statutory representation and filings undertaken by appropriately registered and appointed professionals.

The scope is agreed around your ownership and management arrangements, keeping your existing advisers involved where required.

Customs planning

Customs planning that reflects the yacht’s use

Private cruising and paid charter require different consideration. We coordinate review of the yacht’s admission history, intended commercial activity and proposed stay, including any applicable security, conditions and arrangements for departure.

Changes to the programme should be raised early so that the relevant customs and tax implications can be reviewed before the yacht’s use changes.

Charter administration

Charter administration connected to the programme

We work with the owner’s team and appointed specialists to align the commercial brief, charter documentation, invoicing information and supporting records. Owner-use periods and changes to charter dates are considered within that wider preparation.

Provisioning expenditure, supplier invoices and APA records can be brought into the agreed coordination, helping the yacht’s team keep the supporting information organised for review and reconciliation.

Your Seychelles agency team

Ready to charter.

The paperwork and the practical arrangements need to progress together. Our Seychelles agency team coordinates berthing requests, provisions, fuel and spares logistics, alongside guest and crew arrangements within the agreed scope.

Delivery timing, seasonal conditions, island access and changes to the itinerary all inform the local plan. We work alongside the captain and management team as that plan develops, with navigation and vessel operation remaining under the captain’s command.

The Uncharted team

Local people behind the preparation

Uncharted brings operations, accounting and customs support, provisioning and maritime experience into the same conversation. Our team helps connect the specialist work with what the yacht will need on arrival and throughout its stay.
